How to Care
How to Wear Your Annmors Jewelry
Most of the jewelry we sell requires very little care − just wear it and enjoy! We do recommend taking off your Annmors pieces before swimming, gardening, cleaning, playing contact sports, or when moving heavy objects. Exposure to some chemicals or environments can compromise the integrity of your jewelry, including some lotions, hairsprays, perfumes, cosmetics, and salt water.
How to Keep Your Annmors Jewelry Safe
If you'll be taking your jewelry off, make sure you have a safe and secure place to store it.
Be careful when removing your jewelry to wash your hands. Do not leave your jewelry on the rim of a sink where it could easily slip down the drain.
Always check your jewelry regularly, especially when traveling.
How to Clean Your Annmors Jewelry
4 Things: Mild Soap, Warm Water, Soft Toothbrush & Annmors Silver Polishing Cloth. To clean your Annmors pieces, we strongly advise you to use only a mild soap with lukewarm water and a soft toothbrush. Pour a small amount of the mild soap into the water, then use the toothbrush to gently clean your jewelry. Toothbrushes are ideal for cleaning jewelry with intricate details, which can otherwise be difficult to clean. If the dirt is hard to remove, you can soak your jewelry in clean water.
The Annmors silver-polishing cloth is a great tool to make your sterling silver jewelry shine again, especially if the pieces become dull with wear. Every luxury gift package comes with its own silver-polishing cloth.
How to Store Your Annmors Jewelry
Proper jewelry storage is often overlooked. Jewelry should never be tossed in a drawer or left on top of a dresser − that’s asking for scratches and damage! The best place to store your pieces is in their original Annmors jewelry box.
All Annmors pieces come in a box, along with an anti-tarnish velvet bag, which is the perfect way to keep your pieces safe from damage when you’re not wearing them.
It’s also important not to jumble all your jewelry pieces in one case, as pieces can scratch each other. Jewelry boxes with individually felt-lined and padded slots for charms, bracelets, necklaces, rings and earrings are ideal for keeping your pieces organized, clean and safe.
